it's a bit to difficult. make the chekpoints and finish line slightly closer together
CHANGES
- Stage distances pulled in: 65 / 150 / 255 k → 55 / 130 / 220 k. Gaps drop from 65 / 85 / 105 to 55 / 75 / 90 (each ~14 % shorter)
- Same flat 60 s per stage and same carry-over rule. Required sustained pace drops from ~1500 u/s (94 % MAX_SPEED) to ~1300 u/s (81 % MAX_SPEED) — challenging but no longer brutal
- At MAX_SPEED a clean run now leaves ~42 s on the final clock (was ~21 s). Bonus pool is bigger: 42 × 250 k ≈ 10.6 M
